VOTIVO just completed celebrating Customer Service Appreciation Week. Through the celebration I was reminded of what a fantastic group of people we have to service you. Based on our commitment, we created a department that focuses on Customer Experience. This is where I fit into the company.
No day is ever the same for me as I put myself into the position of being YOU, the customer. Daily I might be working with manufacturing, product development, shipping, customer service, or speaking with customers all across the country. We realize that you have many choices when it comes to fragrance products and are glad you have chosen us. We want to consistently exceed your expectations.

More shipping options. I want to buy some candles w/ 1-2 day shipping, but I cannot.

I’d have a section where loyal customers could buy limited edition/hard to find scents, like River Rock. I believe it was discontinued quite a few years ago. Whenever I see one (or two or three..), I buy all of them!!

I love Red Currant, especially the spray bottle. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and would like to know which stores carry this. I cannot find it.

To Suzy, we have the shipping options you are looking for! Visit our site. We have been shipping Votivo candles all over the world since 1999 and not many can say that!
To Sean, check with us! Romanza has many fragrances that Votivo has discontinued. We won’t have them long and we are out of River Rock but we have many others that you won’t find any where else!
